remediation design and costing
MEL provide a remediation design and costing service to clients who either have a
contaminated site or are considering the purchase of a contaminated site. In most
instances MEL will provide the client with a fixed price to undertake the remedial
works. This enables either the vendors or purchasers to complete the transaction with
limited risk with regards to the contamination issues.
This service is provided on a complimentary basis.
